Lydia has amazing recipes. Often going through Pinterest I find myself clicking on her recipes before I realized the source. Lydia has a knack for creating great recipes. Her recipes are well written, she has great instruction and she is helps you turn something as plain as zucchini into many different preparations. What to do with all that extra zucchini! This book will give you some great idea's! I would suggest this to any gardener who is plagued with those extra zucchini that the neighbors don't want anymore of!
I love this little book! I've already earmarked several recipes to try when my generous neighbors start spreading the wealth from their gardens. The recipes look easy and delicious and I think it's brilliant that they include links to videos to see techniques. I also love that Lydia offers additional ideas for using some of the ingredients, so you don't have to buy something exotic for just one recipe. For those of you who, like me, benefit from friends' toil instead of growing your own zucchini, this would make a lovely thank-you gift.
I love Lydia's recipes in general -- they're always straight forward and delicious. So it makes sense that 23 Zucchini would also become a solid "go to" for a healthy meal when I've got zucchini on the counter which seems to be always. Love the ease of reference from my iPad as well.
I'm not much of a techno-geek, but I was able to download this book to the app on my IPad in two blinks of an eye. And just in the nick of time! The zucchini are coming in fast and furious. Needless to say, I won't be sharing any zucchini with family and friends this year because I have such a variety of new recipes to try. The directions for each recipe are clear and simple. You'll love the video links, appealing photographs, and the links to additional recipes. If you grow zucchini, or have friends who leave zucchini on your doorstep in the dark of night, do yourself a favor and purchase this book.
I am impatiently waiting for next summer when I can have a garden and a surplus of zucchinis. In the past I have collected every recipe I could find as just one or two plants can make your neighbors run when they see you coming with a bag. A very good selection to choose from - from all courses of the meal.
This is my first cookbook on my Fire. I really like the simplicity of propping up my Fire on the kitchen counter. I This time, the pages will not all be smeared with ingredients, nor will I keep having to prop up the paper recipe that keeps sliding off my counter. Perfect zucchini recipes from Lydia's, The Perfect Pantry. I have tested her recipes before (her watermelon gazpacho is to die for)....and it will be delightful to cook several recipes with the abundance of zucchini out there now. This is one of the best recipe books that I have ever downloaded from ! The pictures are amazing and it even has bonus YouTube videos that guide you through a few recipes. This author did a phenomenal job on this book. I really enjoy zucchini and was getting tired of the same recipes and wanted something different. This author definitely delivered and I would recommend this book if you want to add zucchini into your diet.
